• Freshly Blended Batches: To ensure the highest quality, we blend all of our teas in small batches right here in Canada. If your selection requires a fresh blend, fulfillment may take 1–2 weeks. We will indicate on the product page if a specific flavour is currently being freshly blended for you.

Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

• We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your tea arrives safely and maintains its premium quality.

Local Pickup

• If you are in the Aurora, ON area, you are welcome to visit our retail and pop-up location at 84 First Commerce Dr, Unit 2, Aurora, ON L4G 0H5 (Thai Villa Restaurant). Please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to bypass shipping times and fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
